Tommy E. Murphy
Associate Professor in Economics
I am a research economist who studies economic history and development. I am currently Associate Professor at the Economics Department of the Universidad de San Andrés, were I also direct the Master in Economics. Prior to joining UdeSA in 2018, I taught for over a decade at Università Bocconi in Milan, while doing research at the Centro Dondena and the Innocenzo Gasparini Institute for Economic Research (IGIER), after completing my DPhil in Economics at Nuffield College, University of Oxford.
